HASDER Folklore Research Continues in Southern Cyprus

HASDER has decided to expand the horizon of its Folklore Research to the southern part of the island as well. On April 12, 2005 a group from HASDER research team, consisting of Engin Anyl, Ali Nebih and Vaso Vasiliou, visited the Greek Cypriot folklore researcher and the author of the book titled "Cypriot Dances, Men’s and Women’s", Grigoris Constanti.

The audio-video records of the interview will soon be digitalized and included in the HASDER Folklore Archive and Library. HASDER research team also added that future research will be carried out in the southern Cyprus.
